Front Office. The assistant who runs your day.

Without it, you are the assistant. You triage your own inbox, build your own day and carry the task list in your head. The morning goes to sorting, not deciding.

AI Daily Brief

Every morning, the five things that need you today, pulled from your mail, your calendar and your tasks.

Before it acts: Nothing. It reads and reports.

Today's Schedule

Your day laid out, with meeting prep for each call built from your mail and past call notes.

Before it acts: It never writes to your calendar.

Email

Every inbox you connect in one place, triaged, with replies drafted in your own voice from your own sent mail.

Before it acts: Every reply waits for your tap before it sends.

Task List

Tasks pulled out of your mail and your meetings and put in priority order, so nothing lives in an open tab.

Before it acts: You approve what goes on the list.

Activity Log

Every action the system took, and every one it proposed, in one record you can scroll.

Before it acts: Nothing. It is the record.

Quicklinks

The links you open every day, and buttons that start an automation by hand.

Before it acts: It only runs what you click.

Internal Chatbot

Ask questions about your own business. It gains a tool for every department you install.

Before it acts: Read-only unless you turn on proposals, and proposals still wait for you.

What it connects to.

Your email and your calendar.

It never sends mail or writes to your calendar on its own. Drafts wait. Meeting prep stays inside the dashboard.

Included in every package

$5,000 to $9,500 one-time install plus $500 to $950 per month.

About Front Office

Which inboxes can it read?

Google Workspace inboxes, and more than one is fine. They show in one card. Ask about Microsoft on the call.

Will the drafts sound like me?

Replies are drafted from your own sent mail, not from a template. You will edit the first few. After that most go out with a tap.

Can it be split, just the inbox?

No. The brief reads the mail, the tasks come from the mail and the meetings, and the schedule feeds the brief. Install cost is the same either way, so it ships whole.

Find out which departments you are missing.

One call. We walk through a normal Tuesday, count what is waiting on you and tell you what we would install. If a $30 tool solves it, we say so.
