Overview
Denver Real Producers runs a premium real-estate print magazine with a small, remote team. Too much of the operation lived in one person’s head. NVZN built a command center that became the single source of truth for the whole business.
The Problem
Sales, magazine production, client care, and events all ran on memory and scattered tools (Monday.com, Dropbox, PubManager, Gmail). Nothing connected them, and if the owner was unavailable, work stalled.
What We Built
A dashboard that opens to one question: what needs my attention right now? It surfaces what’s on fire across every workflow, drafts every outbound email for a human to approve (nothing auto-sends), automates the silent status changes that used to be manual, and makes handoffs between teams traceable end to end.
The Stack
Next.js and Supabase, with Claude drafting communications and GoHighLevel and PubManager wired in. Built for a non-technical team: plain English, no jargon, control without stress.
