Financial Dashboard

What it does: Shows revenue, expenses, profit or loss and cash in the bank, each against the same stretch a year earlier, with a month-by-month chart and Key Alerts in plain language.
How it helps you: You get the number you would otherwise ask a bookkeeper for, without opening QuickBooks or waiting for month end. You’re told when something needs you instead of having to spot it.
How it works: Reports are pulled live from QuickBooks each time you open it, and nothing is stored. Comparisons are year over year because most small businesses are seasonal. Key Alerts flag an overdue invoice, low cash or revenue down on last year, and you set the thresholds.

02 / Finance

What it does: Shows which invoices are outstanding and how overdue, per customer, with a reminder drafted and waiting for a click.
How it helps you: Chasing money stops depending on you remembering who owes what. The reminder is already written, in your voice, to the right person.
How it works: Invoices are read live from QuickBooks. Reminders queue as approval cards addressed only to the billing email QuickBooks already holds.

03 / Finance

What it does: Creates an invoice in QuickBooks, and lists every invoice that was created but never emailed, oldest first.
How it helps you: An invoice can sit created and unpaid until somebody remembers to send it. The oldest unsent invoice is the most expensive one, so the card leads with it.
How it works: Creating and sending are two separate clicks, and the recipient is always the billing email QuickBooks holds. This is the one place the dashboard writes to another system, and it is limited to admins.
