Denver Real Producers / Publishing & media
Work spread across Monday.com, Dropbox and Excel, with processes only partly built. A shared command center brings sales, production, client care and events into view.
What the shared view brings together
Pending drafts appear in the approval queue for the team to review.
Client follow-ups sit alongside upcoming deadlines, with a visible next step.
Production status gives the team a shared view of the magazine work in progress.
The operating challenge
The team was working across Monday.com, Dropbox and scattered Excel sheets. Former employees had started building processes, but those processes were incomplete and disconnected. There was no consistent process connecting the work from one step to the next.
Client-facing materials lacked consistent branding. Each new client meant recreating work instead of following an established process, taking time away from running the business.
The brief was to give the team a shared structure for the operation and a repeatable way to handle client work.
The installation
NVZN built an operations command center spanning sales, magazine production, client care and events. The home view brings together approval queues, upcoming deadlines, client follow-ups and production status. AI-assisted drafts are prepared for the team to review.
The workflow
An ad proof, a photographer confirmation and a renewal call each have a visible next step. The team can review pending drafts, see overdue work and check the status of the current magazine issue from the same dashboard.
