A Client Portal With Real-Time Project Visibility

Overview

TLS Land Services works with developer-clients who constantly need project updates. NVZN built a portal that gives each one a secure, read-only window into their own projects.

The Problem

Status updates, documents, financials, and change orders were requested by phone and email, one at a time. It was slow for clients and a constant interruption for the team.

What We Built

A multi-tenant portal where each client logs in and sees only their projects: status and timeline, documents, financials, and change orders. Every table is locked down with row-level security so no client can ever see another’s data, enforced by an automated security gate on every change.

The Stack

Next.js and Supabase with row-level security on every table, deployed on Vercel, with a CI security gate that blocks any change that would weaken client data isolation.
