An Action-First Command Center for a Land Services Owner

Overview

After automating TLS Land Services’ lead pipeline, NVZN built owner Kip Gilleland a personal command center to run the rest of the business from one screen.

The Problem

Kip’s day was spread across tasks, marketing approvals, project status, and proposals, each living in a different place. Nothing told him what to do next.

What We Built

An action-first dashboard with five areas: daily tasks, marketing approvals, project tracking, proposal generation, and tools. AI drafts proposals and routes work, n8n runs the automations, and Microsoft Graph connects Outlook, Calendar, and files. It installs as an app on his phone with push notifications.

The Stack

Next.js and Supabase, Claude for AI tasks (model-routed per job), n8n for automations, and Microsoft Graph for the Microsoft 365 stack.
